Cronkite newswatch looks at one valley couple who goes above and beyond to obtain health care benefits. Also, Mesa Gateway Airport has extended their hours to allow military jets to land. Now they no longer have to use sky harbor airport as a stopping portal. Other airports around the valley are thinking about doing the same; and, due to poor economic times, the middle class is shrinking and enrollment in federal assistance programs such as food stamps is on the rise.
