Apache Junction district closing school, adopting four-day week

Facing a budget shortfall, the Apache Junction Unified School District plans to shutter an elementary school and provide four longer days of instruction each week rather than the current five. As part of its Access Across Arizona project, Cronkite News spoke to parents who are organizing to prevent even deeper cuts.
