PHOENIX – Controversy arose after a video surfaced online of a man dropping off a box of early ballots. The man in the video is a volunteer for Citizens for a Better Arizona, a political group that contends he was just doing his job. While many are calling it fraud, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office says it is not illegal for someone else to turn in your ballot as long as you trust them.
