Recent rains may not be enough to get Arizona and California out of the extreme drought they have faced because of warmer-than-usual temperatures and a lack of rain. Without some relief soon, it could lead to shortages and higher prices for produce grown in the region. Cronkite News reporter Cassie Klapp has the story.
