Mary Scanlon's visit to a Phoenix Goodwill turned up more than the usual thrift store find - she found tapes of Martin Luther King's 1964 speech at Arizona State University, Until her find, a picture was the only evidence of the speech given just a month before the Civil Rights Act was signed.
