In Ciudad Juarez, where drug wars have made the city one of the most dangerous in the world, officials at an orphanage are looking to Mexico's July 1 national elections with a sense of possibility, and hope for change for the future of their town. Cronkite News reporter Jack Highberger spent time with orphanage director Sarah Drewes, chid psychologist Francisco Juarez and the children of one orphanage for the second in his three-part series on the upcoming elections.
