Advocates are taking state leaders to task for funding cuts – and now tax cuts – they say are bad for Arizona kids. The Children’s Action Alliance complains that lawmakers and Gov. Doug Ducey said they had to make tough choices about funding education and other programs benefiting kids and then cut taxes.
