Bill to conceal officers’ names reaches governor’s desk

Gov. Doug Ducey has until Monday to act on legislation that would allow police departments to keep officers’ names secret for up to 60 days after the use of deadly force. Critics say the proposed change would interfere with the public’s right to know.
