TUCSON – Jessica Cox does things that other people do, including making phone calls, driving and playing the piano, but she does all of them with her feet. Cox was born without arms, but that didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams. She earned a black belt in tae kwon do and has piloted a plane. Her latest challenge was riding in El Tour de Tucson bike ride that she’s been wanting to do since childhood.
