PHOENIX – Republicans Doug Little and Tom Forese are projected to win the race for two seats on the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Little and Forese held a wide lead over Democratic candidates Sandra Kennedy and Jim Holway.

The Corporation Commission is responsible for regulating services and rates charged by public service utilities.

Millions of dollars flowed into the race from shadowy nonprofits that don’t have to reveal the sources of their money. Those donations favored Little and Forese.

Forese is a state representative Gilbert, Chandler and Sun Lakes. Little is a staff instructor for Suarez International, a pistol and rifle school.
