PHOENIX – Whether it’s for stress relief or just for fun, more than 23 percent of teens is using some sort of tobacco, according to experts. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says early addiction to nicotine can make it even harder for a smoker to quit, putting millions at risk of premature death from smoking-related illnesses.
