WASHINGTON – Latino voters are a growing force in elections, but two recent surveys show they are growing increasingly disenchanted with the two major political parties. While they used to be reliable Democratic voters, they are angry with President Barack Obama over his failure to stem deportations, and just as angry with Republicans for their opposition to immigration reform.
