Rescues of stranded mountain hikers have jumped sharply this year

Authorities have already responded to 83 calls for stranded mountain hikers this year, compared to just 30 at the same time last year. And park rangers say many of the rescues could be prevented, if hikers knew the trail, dressed properly and took water to keep hydrated. Cronkite News reporter Cooper Rummell has the story.
