Two Arizona men found a clever - and low-cost - way to make a prosthetic glove out of common items, helping one of the men overcome the loss of parts of his fingers. But he worries that a House bill to tighten regulations on prosthetic sales could make it hard to share his device. Cronkite News reporter Kimberli Horyza has the story.
