Child advocates claim state budget puts children on the back burner

Child advocacy groups gathered at the Capitol to fight for funding to support child care. Some called it ironic that while the Child Protective Services director has a plan to take care of neglected children, there's no money in the Senate's proposed budget to fund those efforts.
