Tempe Fire Department reaches out, hopes to educate chronic 911 callers

Chronic 911 callers in Tempe could get a fire department visit, but not from an emergency crew. A new program sends paramedics to those homes to talk about preventive healthcare, in hopes of educating the callers and reducing demand on emergency services. Cronkite News reporter Lauren Wells has the story.
