Phoenix school district boosts graduation rate, but 1 in 4 still don’t finish

With student support services like free summer school, night classes and social workers, the Phoenix Union High School District has boosted graduation rates from 50 percent 15 years ago to 74 percent today, just shy of the state average of 75 percent. Cronkite News reporter Rachel Leingang has the story.
