Environmentalists fear the effects of the new power line proposal

People living in an area from Buckeye to Peoria could soon see their landscape change if a new high voltage power line gets approved. The 38-mile line proposed by APS will help the company ensure power reliability and generate renewable energy. But some environmentalists fear the line could have a negative effect on the environment especially the desert tortoise habitat. Cronkite News reporter Tian Chen has the story.
