Rio Salado College and a local radio station KJZZ have partnered to create a working newsroom in west Phoenix for teens to learn journalism and multimedia at no cost. Cronkite News reporter Matt Loper finds out how this new program is giving teens from troubled neighborhoods a voice and prepping them to be future journalists.
