Food stamps help feed more than one million Arizonans

Currently 17 percent of Arizonans benefit from food stamps, now known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, according the the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The federally funded program is helping Arizonans in record numbers this year and state officials say there are even more families in need that should apply. Cronkite News reporter Alexis Ariana Hermosillo has the story.
