City of Phoenix to take action against light rail freeloaders

Passengers evading the light rail fares in Phoenix may not have it so easy in the near future. City of Phoenix officials have proposed a measure that would help stop freeloading by giving stronger ticketing power to Metro's private guards. Voters will decide on the measure in a special election this upcoming March. Cronkite News reporter Bill Melugin has the story.
