The U.S. Supreme Court started its 2012 term Monday and will soon hear a case from Arizona dealing with how death penalty appeals are handled. Cronkite News reporter Megan Goodrich says the Supreme Court is also considering two other Arizona-related cases, one on healthcare benefits and another on voting rights.
