Not so fast: Licenses in Arizona no longer granted just for passing driving school

Young drivers in Arizona traditionally had the option of taking driving tests and obtaining a license at more than 95 driving schools around the Valley. But as of Oct. 22, driving schools can no longer issue driver's licenses. Anyone who wants to obtain a license will now have to take the driver's test at the Motor Vehicle Division. Cronkite News reporter Julie Levin has the story.
