Change is in store for two of Mesa's precincts in District 3, where voters will be redirected to Tempe in an effort to consolidate polling places. These consolidation efforts will affect nearly 4,000 voters in southwest Mesa. Cronkite News reporter Mugo Odigwe has the story.
