Homeowners facing foreclosure find guidance from Washington top officials

Since the housing market crashed in 2008, there's been over four million home foreclosures nationally and the federal government has been working to help those who were affected. Washington officials visited Arizona State University last Friday to explain to Arizona homeowners their rights under the National Mortgage Settlement. Cronkite News reporter Heather Jackson has the full story.
