National Book Festival promotes literacy through competition

All 50 states and U.S. territories were represented at the 12th annual National Book Festival in Washington D.C. To help promote literacy and make this more interactive for both kids and adults, visitors participated in a competition. They all got a sticker and a stamp for each state and territories stand they visited. Cronkite News reporter Megan Goodrich has the story.
