Former Phoenix chef and organic farm owner talks about why organic is better

Representatives of the Arizona Health Department say that there isn't a state program that certifies organic farming. Despite the lack of such program, former chef Rebecca Kidwell started an organic farm, Farmyard, in the backyard of her Phoenix home in 2009. Cronkite News reporter Julie Levin has the story.
