Feeding ducks in Scottsdale parks now comes with hefty fines and possible jail time

Stemming from overpopulation of ducks in Scottsdale parks, a new city wildlife ordinance makes it a crime to feed wildlife in local parks and ponds. People can now face finds up to $750 and four months in jail. Cronkite News reporter Lia Steinberg has the story.
