The Arizona Department of Transportation just got $2.1 million dollars in funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. With the department experiencing nearly 2,500 incidents each month, the money will go toward improving systems that could make travel much safer. Cronkite News reporter John Genovese has the story.
