Correction to June 27 story on state minority business program

WASHINGTON – A June 27 story on a federal appeals court decision on the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program gave an incorrect job title for Timothy Tait. He is the assistant communication director for the entire transportation department. An updated version of the story reflects the correction.
