When bus drivers went on strike a few weeks ago, riders were left with the hardship of finding another way to get around town. As an effort to say 'thank you' to riders for sticking around, Valley Metro aims to have a customer appreciation day where all rides are free. Cronkite News reporter Lina Washington has more.
