Unemployment rate suggests Yuma is still recovering from the recession

While the unemployment picture is improving nationally, it's actually getting worse in Yuma. As of January the city's jobless rate was at 24.5 percent, the highest in Arizona. But city officials say the figures are somewhat deceiving because of the way the stats are compiled. Cronkite News reporter Andrew Boven reports.
