UA researcher studies baking soda as treatment for some cancers

University of Arizona researchers have been given a $2 million grant to examine whether tumors can be treated by drinking water and baking soda. The researchers are using MRI imaging to monitor tumors. Studies suggest baking soda may help shrink tumors in animals. More from Cronkite News reporter Lauren Clinton.
