Case manager shares experience of working in homeless housing
Ozanam Manor, a Valley program operated by St. Vincent de Paul, is a homeless housing shelter that helps people get back on their feet and reach their goals of employment. One case manager tells us why her job is rewarding and gives a view of what her job is like. Cronkite News reporter Priscilla Walsh has more.
