The city of Mesa is about to break ground on a new freeway aimed at providing better access to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. State Route 24 highway, will provide easier access to the Loop 202 freeway. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. Cronkite News reporter Chelsea Klement has the story.
