Lower-than-normal winter rains, snow mean less runoff for state reservoirs

Sparse winter rain and snow have left Bartlett Lake north of Phoenix at half its capacity, pointing to less runoff into reservoirs. But officials say that while it wasn't a good winter Arizona is far from facing an emergency. Cronkite News reporter Jessica Goldberg reports.
