Dropping enrollment taking a toll on public schools in Prescott

The Prescott Unified School District is facing another round of budget cuts in part because of declining enrollment as job seekers leave town to look for work. Superintendent Joe Howard says the district loses about $5,000 a year for each student that moves away. Cronkite News reporter Ulisses Rivera has more.
