The National Fair Housing Alliance says Phoenix is one of nine U.S. cities as areas where banks may be discriminating against ethnic neighborhoods in the foreclosure process. The group claims foreclosed homes in Latino neighborhoods in Maryvale were left to deteriorate. Cronkite News reporter McKenzie Manning explains.
