Arizona State University Athletic Director Steve Patterson announced the design phase of the new football arena project set to finish in 2017. Patterson says in order to keep the renovated stadium at its current site some future Sun Devils games may take place elsewhere. Cronkite News reporter Lisa Blanco has details.
