Downtown Tempe is the first in the Valley to provide a mobile app for parking meters. The pay by phone system allows users to pay by credit card. Feeding an expired meter will no longer require a trip back to the car, as users can pay while they shop or work. Cronkite News reporter, Chelsea Klement has the details.
