Bill would require drug test for unemployment benefits in Arizona

Republican Sen. Steve Smith says Arizonans should prove they are drug free before the state will pay unemployment benefits. Applicants would have to pay for their own tests, which can cost up to $13. Opponents say tests would be unconstitutional under the Forth Amendment. Cronkite News reporter Andrew Boven has the story.
