APS: Palo Verde nuclear plant incorporated lessons from Japan’s disaster

It's been a little more than a year since the tsunami in Japan caused a meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. Arizona Public Service says lessons from that disaster have helped improve safety at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station west of Phoenix. Cronkite News reporter Shaima Shahin has the story.
