More than half of U.S. prisoners are parents and that means family members or friends are left to take care of children left behind. Thanks to the care of a Chandler Police officer and a Big Brother mentor, one child with an incarcerated parent is still finding support and love. Cronkite News Reporter Gardenia Coleman shows us the life of Michael Arellano.
