Proposed license penalty may hit texting teens new to driving

Driving teens who choose to text may find their license revoked for one year if caught. A new bill proposes this penalty for teens driving with a learner's permit or for teens during their first six months of being licensed. But others say the penalty is not enough. Cronkite News reporter Cory Galvan shows us the story.
