The proposed federal budget for fiscal 2013 includes a $4 trillion reduction in the federal deficit over 10 years, partly by raising taxes on the wealthy and reducing corporate tax breaks. Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar of Flagstaff says the budget represents a failure to understand the basic principles of economic recovery.
