President Barack Obama paid a special visit to Arizona yesterday on a three-day tour and gave a speech at the Intel campus in Chandler. Intel's new 5.2 billion dollar plant in the east valley is creating new jobs for the state, just one way the President says jobs are being created. Cronkite News reporter Blake Essig has the story.
