Court to decide if SB 1070 violates day laborers’ free speech rights

A federal court is hearing arguments on a provision of SB 1070 that prohibits day laborers from soliciting work along street corners. Attorneys for day laborers say it's a free speech issue, while attorneys for the state argue the law does not prevent laborers from looking for work. Cronkite News reporter Ryan Haarer explains.
