Police in Avondale and Phoenix are working together to reduce gun-related accidents by offering $50 gift cards in exchange for firearms. According to police, one-third of homes with children have a gun in the house, and one-tenth of those homes keep guns loaded and unsecured. Cronkite News reporter Ulisses Rivera has the story.
