Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has just returned from a campaign swing through New Hampshire where he formally gave his endorsement to Rick Perry. Arpaio met with the other GOP candidates, but says he chose Perry because the Texas Governor "speaks from the heart." Cronkite News reporter Krystal Klei has more.
