The Gila River Indian Community and the Navajo Nation have the highest rates of domestic violence of any U.S. tribes. In Sacaton, the Gila River tribe is taking steps to combat the problem by building the community's first shelter for victims of domestic violence. Cronkite News reporter Gardenia Coleman has more.
